We are located in East-Central Illinois and we provide a variety services to the public and
private sectors surrounding us. We are a licensed Home Inspection Entity in the State of
IL ( IL License # 451.0000674).
We also offer commercial real estate inspections as well as project & construction
management services. These include phased construction audits & inspections as well
as design assistance, project planning and scheduling. We began offering Energy
Consulting and Audits in 2008 to assist our residential, commercial and industrial clients
to identify opportunities to reduce their energy usage and costs.
Patricia holds a BS in Psychology and serves as the President. She is the office
administrator for the business and assists in scheduling our services.
Wayne holds a BS in Engineering and is a Licensed Home Inspector in the State of
Illinois (# 450.0003110) and serves as the Vice-President. He has 35 plus years of
combined home, commercial and industrial experience.
